ACHIEVEMENTS OF TEACHERS

    To keep on par with the ever changing trends, and make us more efficient we faculty members upgrade our own qualification by attending work shops, seminars and conferences and registering M Phil programme.

    Miss Raksha have registered for M Phil programme from directorate of distance education, ALAGAPPA UNIVERSITY OF KARAIKUDI.

    Mr  S M Naik  completed M B A(HRM)  and on 24th april 07  act as judge  for the group discussion programme at the mechanical dept conducted by the Anjuman engineering college Bhatkal.

    Miss Vidya completed M com (Finance and Marketing) and attended one day national conference conducted in Dr  A V Baliga college Kumta..

    Miss Shabnam  completed M B A ( HR and Marketing )  and participated in two day workshop titled “Creativity and Managerial Excellence “ at Belgum, conducted by P.N.Singh Human Resource person from Mumbai.  Participated and won prizes at Youth festivals of District and Zonal levels at Dandeli, Kumta and Dharwad.

    Mr. Hussain Brahmavar MBA (Finance) has done three projects on “Stock Exchange Operations” .

ACHIEVEMENTS OF STUDENTS

       Our academic results of the college is par excellence quantitatively and qualitatively. The final year students of 2005-2006 batch achieved 100% results, all securing First class and one Mr. Hassan Baba Kandloor Mohammad Zubair secured distinction with 78.33 % marks. Mr. Hassan Baba Kandloor Mohammad Zubair was also awarded a Gold medal by the RABITA SOCIETY Bhatkal . In the current batch, Miss Fathima Shakira d/o Mohammad Ameen Akrami of 5th semester scored 82.08%. Mr. Mohammed Zahid Hussain Kundaguda of 3rd Semester secured 76%. Miss Samrin Shabandri of 1st semester secured 85.6%.

    Student attended fest in Davangere names as “CHETAN UTSAV-2006”, the students performed extremely well and bagged 1st prize in the event names as DIRECT MARKETING, the participants who made our college proud are Mr. Nathar and Mr. Mohammed Zahid.

    Students of our college also participated in the Achievers Vision 2006 fest organized by Dr. A. V. Baliga College of Commerce and BBA Kumta. One of our student Mohammed Zahid of 3rd sem won the first prize in the event  “ Mock Show”& our five member team secured 3rd prize in the event “Ad-Mad Show “ , besides our students also won two audience prizes.
